How can I pay?We support all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover via PayPal. At the checkout page, you may choose to pay with credit card or PayPal. Paypal would also accept all major credit cards. Please note that if you do not have a PayPal account, please select the "Pay with a debit or credit card" option and they will just ask for your credit card information. They will NOT ask you to join PayPal. We are also accepting Bank Transfer. Please select Bank Transfer option at the checkout page.

Can you tell me about delivery?United Kingdom We offer FREE Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery. The average delivery time for this shipping method is 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch. All our sat nav products are in stock and are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment. Europe / Rest of the World We offer FREE International Standard Delivery. The average delivery time for this shipping method is 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch. All our sat nav products are in stock and are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment.

How long your warranty last?We only use AAA Grade Professional discs for our Navigation updates so beware of the inferior discs that other websites might use. We also offer a full 12 months replacement warranty so if your disc is fail within this time for any reason we will replace it for FREE. Please check our excellent customers feedback for every disc!

What is you Returns & Refunds?Before return, please contact us! If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a money back guarantee. We accept returns for up to 30 days after the day you purchase. Any returns must be sent back as they were received. SD - cards, we do not accept returns for SD cards, please make sure what you order correct update for your sat nav. In some cases, you can get a refund for SD card. (if you order wrong SD card and you don't try it in your navigation), one SD card for one navigation, if you try SD card it will be working only in your navigation. Discs - If you have ordered the wrong disc just to try, maybe we don't accept returns or will be £10 deducted to cover costs.
